- Filing timelines depend on the timely and complete submission of required documents on your part.
- Fees charged are strictly "Professional Service / Platform Fees" for our expertise and assistance — not government charges.
4. Accuracy Guarantee
If a return is filed with an error attributable to our team, we will revise it at no extra cost. This guarantee does not extend to errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not offer legal representation or legal advice. For matters requiring litigation, clients are advised to consult a qualified attorney. Our liability is limited to the professional service fee paid for the specific engagement.
